I'm 14 and I've been told that I'm skinny. when I lift my shirt though, I don't see what they see. I see a bit of a belly. My mom says it's "unworked muscle." and she's told me what to do with it, but I've been doing ab exercises 4 times a week, for a month, and it won't help!!! My diet is so-so. I love to eat fatty foods, but I am also a vegetarian. can you point towards the right way to eat and excercises to get a flat stomach?? thanks!!!

If it's fat the only way to get rid of it is doing cardio workouts at least 4 times a week for at least 45 minutes a day (jogging, biking, swimming, etc.), if it really is untoned muscle then you have to keep doing ab workouts and maybe consider taking a pilates class becuase pilates is great for your core and toning.
go to the gym and do some cardio, thats the fastest way, as far as know.
